Upon delivery, if you find that an item is defective, contact Customer Service as soon as possible with a formal complaint in order to get a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund.
This is also important if you see that a product has been damaged during transportation or if there are other deviations in the delivery, e.g. that the number of items or the product model is not according to your order. The complaint should be registered no later than 7 days after delivery.
Please enclose a note with your order number and return the product in its original packaging. Returns should be sent to the Customer Service address below.
As soon as we have received the returned item(s), and have confirmed that the requirements mentioned above are met, we will refund your payment - including the return shipping costs (Standard International Shipping only - please send a copy of the receipt for the shipping costs by e-mail). No risk for loss or damage during delivery is accepted by the company.
